NOBLE's mission is to ensure EQUITY IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE in the provision of public service to all communities, and to serve as the conscience of law enforcement by being committed to JUSTICE BY ACTION.NOBLE Chapters are where we make the most impact in the community.  The Northern Virginia Chapter is made up of law enforcement professionals and practitioners who work and/or live in Northern Virginia.  The Chapter meets monthly in Alexandria, VA.
