The Ray T Beacon of Light AMPS Foundation, Inc is a 501c3 created by Pamela Elder following the tragic loss of her daughter, Raven Jeffress.Raven was a 22 year old Georgia State University college student majoring in Psychology. She was scheduled to graduate May 4, 2023 at 2pm, on the Dean’s List. Unfortunately, on the early morning of Saturday March 25, 2023 she was struck head on by a reckless driver coming up the highway ramp the wrong way.The driver and passenger fled the scene.Raven had dreams of becoming a Psychologist and contributing to mental health research to improve humans suffering from mental health disorders. She was also a Co-Founder of A.M.P.S. A.M.P.S. stands for the Alignment of the Mental, Physical, & Spiritual. Their intentions are to inspire collective elevation and evolution by exploring the Mind, strengthening the Body, and connecting to Soul!Raven ultimately aspired to create a community , education and worship wellness center, to change the world.Raven’s organs were donated and she was able to literally save lives.WE WILL CONTINUE HER LEGACY!Our goal for this Foundation is to continue her community work, and also provide an annual scholarship for a student attending Georgia State University, majoring in the mental, physical and or spiritual health field.
