T&L-Characters Boots On The Ground

T&L-Characters is a group of youth that performs as cartoon Characters. The Company started in December 21, 2015 and is own by Lavonda McLaughlin and her family. Her staff consist of Children only and she pays them well. The Youth does not look at this as a job because they have fun dancing and interacting with other children.
