My name is Tony DiCorpo. I am a coffee roaster, baker, barista, trainer and coffee business consultant. I have authored many articles on coffee and the coffee business. I have been featured in numerous industry magazines such as Fresh Cup and Specialty Coffee Retailer as well as via local Cleveland media such as Fox 8's New Day Cleveland, Pressure Life Magazine, Cleveland Magazine and the Plain Dealer. I have 16 years experience in the coffee business and over 20 years of extensive experience in business.I own Troubadour Coffee Roasters. We are a coffee bar, micro roastery, green coffee importing & wholesale roasting company and a training and consulting company for the coffee industry. We are located in Fairview Park, Ohio
