The Urban Health Alliance (UHA) is a comprehensive resource center and community health innovation hub that serves to organize a comprehensive alliance of organizations and individuals. We work purposely to improve the health for every resident in the Jacksonville community using community-initiated, self-sustained and solutions. Our mission is to improve the health of all people in Jacksonville through a multisector, social determinants focused, evidence-based approach to the health and well-being of people particularly the most vulnerable.If you or someone you may know are interested in an opportunity to help engage community to identify needed programs and services, feel free to contact us about joining our team.
