Hi I'm Teresa. I provide unique yoga experiences for humans and pet pawrents. I specialize in restorative practices that support deep relaxation. Our nervous systems have been taxed and "on" for the past few years withour a refractory period. I combined the best stress-busters (dogs, yoga, reiki) into experiences for humans and their best furry friends. Join us for a light-hearted and laughter filled stretch in our dog mom community -Bring Your Dog to Yoga! Or maybe you're working through fatigue and don't have a dog?
