Her goal is to break the cycle of poverty, negligence, and unnecessary hardship, having been born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. Vanessa worked in Corporate America for 20 years as a secretary before being laid off in 2011.As a single parent of three, she found it difficult to secure employment. The thought of being unable to support her son in high school and her two daughters in college was unbearable. In response, Vanessa challenged herself to change her mindset and took a stand on faith. She is now on a mission to educate individuals on transforming the W2 mindset into life and business.She now juggles multiple roles, including business owner, Speaker, Mindset Coach, self-published book Expert Consultant, and 9 times Best-Selling Author, all from the comfort of her home. Vanessa is determined to empower individuals by teaching them how to become business owners and overcome the obstacles they face.
