Our mission is to encourage women to move in faith and fire — through workouts, prayer, and community events that honor the whole person: body, mind, and spirit.Founded by Veronica Kapri, a passionate educator, encourager, and woman of faith, Wellness & Worship was born from a desire to blend spiritual obedience with physical wellness.
