About

The Wisconsin Community Health Worker Network was launched to lift the profile of the Community Health Worker workforce in Wisconsin. The goals of the WI CHW Network include highlighting the benefits and contributions of CHWs at the individual, community, and systems level, increasing community-clinical linkages among CHWs, community-based organizations, and our health systems as well as supporting the sustainability of the workforce as it relates to reimbursement, certification, and training. The WI CHW Network is guided by health equity and centering voices principles that encourage and support CHW leadership at the core.
