Women in Tech Hampshire is run by Amy Lee and Lauren James of Spectrum IT Recruitment (South) Limited. They have both been working at Spectrum IT for 8 years - Amy on the recruitment side and Lauren on the back-office side. They are both very passionate about women being well represented in business and the tech industry so have created this group with the aim to host events, build a great community, and offer somewhere to learn from eachother and network.
