Carmen is a birth and postpartum doula, childbirth educator, Reiki healer and Kundalini Women's prenatal/postpartum and family yoga teacher in Los Angeles. She has been doing bodywork for 30 years and is sought after to help heal and clear blocks and obstructions to fertility plus during the labor and the birthing process along with preparing the body during pregnancy and using rebozo techniques to close the body after pregnancy and birth. Carmen utilizes the tools of somatic massage therapy, meditation and yoga with different modalities to customize an experience for each mama and the whole family.Lauren Freimanis a transformational and fertility coach, meditation teacher and guide with 20 years of study under some of the greatest modern teachers of mental and holistic health, tantric meditation and yoga. She helps her clients build new neurological pathways, release trauma, deeply-held emotions and limiting beliefs so that they can create a life of joy and fulfillment.Whether it's a baby, emotional wellbeing or optimizing physical health, Lauren has discovered all forward movement begins with healing the nervous system and illuminating the unconscious.
