Women's Wellness & Activities Group (WWAG)

About

This group is for women to feel inspired, encouraged, motivated and empowered. It provides a platform for social interaction and aimed at promoting the general wellness of women. This is a close-knit and inclusive group and participants are free to share their experiences of life situations that may relate to their health, work, relationships etc. Many people find it helpful for them to talk to someone who understands due to similar situations or who just listens.This group focuses on increasing individual happiness and not ruminating about the past or worrying about the future, and for this reason sessions are filled with social events which will be organized from time to time for participants to attend and registration is free!The activities organized may be online or in a physical setting so feel free to follow this group for any updates.To foster a tight knit interaction between participants, each session will be limited to a group of up to 10 participants, depending on the activity involved.I look forward to seeing you at the events 
