I am Holistic Wellness Facilitator, Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant, and Sound Healer. A soul deeply connected to creation, currently living in London, though my journey spans many dimensions of healing, spirituality, and self-discovery. Over the years, I have immersed myself in the teachings of Ayurveda, sound healing, breath work, and meditation. As an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant, certified by the American Vedic Studies, I specialise in helping people heal and align with their highest potential through personalised coaching sessions and group workshops. I host breath work workshops, facilitate sound-baths, women’s s circles, moon circles, and cacao ceremonies. Through sound baths and my unique Ayurvedic sound bath experiences, I bring healing vibrations that support deep relaxation and balance. Alongside my work in wellness, I’ve spent my life in the music industry as a producer, DJ, and artist. While my roots are in club music, I’ ve transitioned into curating conscious dance events and facilitating ecstatic dances and movement practices. My experience also extends to luxury retreats and industry events in places like Greece, Zanzibar, Croatia, and London, where I’ve curated wellness programs and music experiences for high-end clientele.
