About

Abi owner of Yoga With Abi is a Maine based Yoga instructor who has been teaching Yoga for 11+ years. Formally trained in Hatha Yoga, she is also certified in Kid’s Yoga. Along with her trainings she also brings her knowledge and experience in other modalities such as facial massage, Reiki, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Restorative Yoga to her practice. Abi believes connecting with nature through Yoga heightens our practice and relationship with Mother Earth.
