Tonia Mattu is a Canadian born, certified life coach, author, founder of Yuology, and creator of YuSchool. Using her signature Yuology Method she helps her clients discover who they are and what they really want so they can create a life of freedom and fulfilment by being themselves, unapologetically.Tonia’s work focuses on the constant pressures women face to live up to society’s expectations of who they should be and how they should live, while juggling their multi-dimensional lives.Her key areas of teaching include: self worth, imposter syndrome, confidence and resilience – all providing tools and practical guidance that will help inside the workplace and out.Tonia has been a media sales professional in Vancouver, a mindset and motivation coach in New York City, and an NLP practitioner. She has also coached execs from US News, MSNBC, CBS, Dow Jones and Time Out New York.
