I'm Stephanie, a physiotherapist, breath coach, and yin yoga instructor, and I'm here to support you on your journey to reclaiming your health in an empowering and compassionate way.My mission is to help you connect with your body, understand its signals, and experience balance through the foundational pillar of breath. The Breathing Way is focussed around the four pillars of life: Breath, Movement, Nourishment, and Sleep, learning to embrace each of these and building supportive foundations in each to lead a healthy, fulfilling life.Join us in our experiential and educational workshops, personalised coaching sessions, or breath lead Yinspiration practice, and discover how you can weave these nurturing practices into your daily life.
