I'm Stephanie, a physiotherapist, breath coach, and yin yoga instructor, and I'm here to support you on your journey to reclaiming your health in an empowering and compassionate way.My mission is to help you connect with your body, understand its signals, and experience balance through the foundational pillar of breath.
