Chereen Douglas | Founder of Soul-Led SanctuaryI am a soul-led guide, space holder, and embodiment facilitator devoted to supporting individuals on their journey back to their true selves. My work is rooted in the belief that transformation unfolds gently —through presence, patience, and deep listening to the body’s wisdom.At the heart of my work is Soul-Led Sanctuary—a sacred space where healing is honoured as a natural, sacred process. It is a space where you are invited to come as you are, to be held in compassion, and to reconnect with the quiet truth that lives within you.Through my embodiment classes, I guide and support you through gentle body led, slow movement designed to release tension, cultivate peace, and awaken awareness. This practice isn’t about doing more—it’s about doing less so you can hear what your body has always known.
