Dionne Mitchell Founder/ CEO of PLYM Chicago Dionne Mitchell, Founder and CEO of PLYM Chicago ( Parents Love Youth Mentors), is a passionate advocate for youth empowerment and community change. Growing up in Chicago, Dionne witness firsthand the devastating impact of gun violence and poverty on her classmates and community. Determined to make a difference, she pursued an A.S. degree in Legal Administration and became a certified anger management and trauma specialist.DDriven by her experiences, Dionne founded PLYM Chicago with a mission to break cycles of violence and poverty by helping youth develop resilience, self-discipline, and a belief in their own potential. Her goal is clear: to guide young people away from destructive paths and show them that hope, healing, and success are possible -- no matter where they come from.D
