Growing up in Chicago, Dionne witness firsthand the devastating impact of gun violence and poverty on her classmates and community. Determined to make a difference, she pursued an A.S. degree in Legal Administration and became a certified anger management and trauma specialist.DDriven by her experiences, Dionne founded PLYM Chicago with a mission to break cycles of violence and poverty by helping youth develop resilience, self-discipline, and a belief in their own potential. Her goal is clear: to guide young people away from destructive paths and show them that hope, healing, and success are possible -- no matter where they come from.D
