Jess Barnes received her 200 HR Yoga Teaching Certification in 2019 after studying in Rishikesh, India. Jess' teaching style incorporates movement, breath work, meditation, and sound to create a multi-sensory experience that allows her students to get curious, explore, and connect harmoniously with their authentic selves.
