I'm Rama, a French-Senegalese mother of two based in Zug, Switzerland, and the founder of Embodied Heart Leadership.I empower women—especially women of color—to unapologetically take up space and rise from within.I know what it means to carry expectations that were never truly ours and the power of reclaiming ourselves beyond them.For over 12 years, I´ ve led international and diverse teams across retail and corporate retail through leadership, coaching, and deep personal transformation.But beyond titles and achievements, I followed a deeper call—back to my body, my voice, and my truth.My own journey led me into the world of embodiement, through Tantra, temple arts, shamanic and energy healing, and transformational voice work—ultimately leading me to certify as a Women's Circle Facilitator and Embodied Tantra Practitioner.Today, I hold grounded, intuitive spaces where women reconnect to their body, their voice, their power, and authentic self, and feel empowered to create lasting impact In their lives.Embodied Heart Leadership is not something you perform — it’s something you remember, reclaim, and live.This is the energy I hold in every space I create.You’re invited to walk it too.
