I'm Rama Ball, a French-Senegalese mother of two based in Zug, Switzerland, and an Embodied Heart Leadership Coach.I empower women—especially women of color—to unapologetically take up space and rise in their leadership.I know what it means to carry expectations that were never truly ours and the power of reclaiming ourselves beyond them.For over 12 years, I´ ve led international and diverse teams across retail and corporate retail through leadership, coaching, and deep personal transformation. My own journey led me to explore Tantra, shamanic and energy healing, and transformational voice work—ultimately leading me to certify as a Women's Circle Facilitator and Embodied Tantra Practitioner.I integrate these teachings into how I hold space today, so people feel more grounded, connected to their authentic self, and empowered to create lasting impact.
