Hi - my name is Christine and I'm so grateful that someone or something has brought you to my website! I have been teaching yoga for over a decade, have built yoga communities in different countries, and led yoga retreats around the globe.I have a passion for simplicity, safe and sustainable alignment, and helping each person get the most out of every pose. Being a human is tough and right now, we all need to step away from the devices that we're constantly connected to and practice a different type of connection: with our body, breath, and brain. They have so much to offer us, if we just take the time to stop and listen.Whether you're looking to increase your flexibility, need a healthy outlet to escape the demands of everyday life, or are simply curious about the age-old practice of yoga, I look forward to meeting you where you're at on your journey.
