Freedom of the Mat’s mission is to serve as a time and space for women to dedicate to indulgent, unapologetic self-care through mindfulness classes, intention-setting and yoga-inspired physical movement. Offerings include meditation classes, daily affirmations, journaling and much more to ensure women are receiving the support they need to focus on their health. 15% of all classes and products are donated to 501c3 organizations serving the health & wellness of girls.
