Event organizers can now reach their followers and imported contacts (CSV) in just a few clicks.
In an effort to help organizers sell out events more effectively, Eventsize is rolling out a revamped invitation and mass blasting feature designed to offer greater flexibility and impact.
The feature is now available to all organizers effective today (20th January 2025) and can be toggled by clicking on the 'Invite Guests' button that appears on the organizer dashboard for any upcoming events.
The new mass blasting/broadcasting feature is aimed at making it simpler for organizers to reach their existing followers as well as sending out mass invitations to their own contact lists via a new CSV import tool.
Previously, the built-in invitation system sent emails to all followers by default, which often resulted in irrelevant messaging (and potential spam).
The updated tool now offers improved targeting, allowing organizers to select specific recipients for invitations.
Detailed follower information, such as country, designation, and company, is also available to help refine outreach.
There is also an option for organizers to import their own list of contacts via a easy-to-use CSV file upload with a limit of 1000 recipients per upload.
Currently, invitations are sent via email by default, with an optional WhatsApp broadcasting feature.
If WhatsApp messages cannot be delivered (ie: if the recipient does not use WhatsApp), the system automatically falls back to traditional SMS).
Despite being in its infancy stage, the team at Eventsize aims to further improve invitation tools to open up new possibilities for organizers to reach more attendees.
Looking ahead, Eventsize has ambitious plans to introduce an expanded suite of features and tools designed to empower event organizers.
These enhancements will not only help organizers grow and nurture their communities more effectively but also streamline operations by automating time-consuming tasks.
With a focus on innovation and user-centric development, Eventsize aims to become an indispensable partner for organizers, enabling them to achieve more with less effort while delivering exceptional value to their audiences.
Organizers can choose to allow select participants in to the event after they "Request to Join" the event during the registration (RSVP) process.
Organizers in Singapore can now sell tickets and receive payments from attendees using the popular PayNow payment method.
To help event organizers understand their attendees better, we're introducing traffic sources and conversion funnel analytics panels.
