• If you're an event organizer who has noticed fraudulent activity taking place on your account, kindly report it to us so we can identify the perpetuators and take decisive action.
• If you're a victim of fraud, kindly reach out to us and our team will immediately issue a full refund for any unauthorized purchases made with your card. At the same time, our team will be readily available to assist you with filing a dispute/chargeback report to receive a refund from your bank.
• Provide Details: Include your name, contact information, and specifics of the transaction(s) you suspect to be unauthorized.
• Monitor Your Account: Regularly monitor your account for any suspicious activity and report it to us promptly.
