Damas: A Culinary Pop-Up

Damas is a four week culinary pop-up experience bringing together three of the most talented women in North Florida hospitality.Chef Sylvia Gouldis Tallahassee’s first - and only - James Beard Award nominated talent. She is a self-taught pastry chef that creartes confectionary works of art inspired by our local bounty.Sommelier Amanda Morrisonhas been creating one of a kind events and experiences in Tallahassee for15 years. As the owner of Poco Vino, her focus is on sharing small production wines sourced from around the world.Chef Katie Spetmanhas been the Executive Chef at the Florida Governor’s Mansion for nearly a decade.Together they will create a series of culinary events during a limited, four week pop-up on the grounds of Goodwood Museum & Gardens.
