As the owner of Poco Vino, her focus is on sharing small production wines sourced from around the world.Chef Katie Spetmanhas been the Executive Chef at the Florida Governor’s Mansion for nearly a decade.Together they will create a series of culinary events during a limited, four week pop-up on the grounds of Goodwood Museum & Gardens.
