Edina is passionate about demystifying the sourdough process and teaching others how to work confidently with wild yeast, from building a strong starter to mastering the perfect crust. Her workshops offer a grounded, expert-led approach to sourdough baking—designed to equip home bakers with the knowledge and skills to consistently produce beautiful, flavorful loaves.
