Mon parcours avec innerdance a commencé en 2017, et depuis, j'ai animé des formations et des ateliers à travers l'Europe et l'Asie, notamment en collaboration étroite avec Pi Villaraza.Innerdance m'a permis de comprendre mes schémas et systèmes de croyances tout en m'offrant un espace pour réaliser ma vérité. En reconnectant avec les parties refoulées de moi-même, j'ai découvert une nouvelle intégrité et une profonde résonance dans l'accompagnement des autres vers la reconnexion avec leur authenticité.Après sept ans de vie nomade, je suis ravie d'apporter l'innerdance là où mon cœur me mène.
