Since then, Fabio has embarked on a journey of learning and exploration, diving into various modalities, including expanded states of consciousness.As a trauma-informed breath coach specializing in somatic practices, nervous system regulation, and sound, Fabio offers safe, transformative experiences. He is also a student of aquatic bodywork, continuously expanding his skillset. His mission is to make breathwork accessible, bridging the gap between the spiritual and material worlds, and fostering genuine connections within communities.
