About The Breathwork Way by Fabio:The Breathwork Way is a project started by Fabio after the global challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Initially created to support individuals struggling with the distress of our hectic lifestyles, it aims to empower them to discover the most powerful tool they always carry – the breath. Since then, Fabio has embarked on a journey of learning and exploration, diving into various modalities, including expanded states of consciousness.As a trauma-informed breath coach specializing in somatic practices, nervous system regulation, and sound, Fabio offers safe, transformative experiences. He is also a student of aquatic bodywork, continuously expanding his skillset. His mission is to make breathwork accessible, bridging the gap between the spiritual and material worlds, and fostering genuine connections within communities.
