I’ve been an dance fitness instructor since 2018 and I have been able to inspire other women to discover their own magic by practicing self care taking an hour for them to just dance. Through Dance fitness I will help you boost your confidence and believe in yourself. Living the best versions of ourselves through movement and discovering yourself differently.
