MY MISSIONI endeavour to help others to live a balance life – mind, body and soul: to find the right balance between eating healthy, whilst having the odd treat. And to find the right exercise activity that suits their personality and lifestyle. And I believe in the power of mindset and the importance of looking after ones own health, holistically. I am a vegan ultra runner and an all-round lover of longevity, well-being, fitness and sport.Most of my clients consist of women 40 plus who want to feel and look better, whilst living longer. The Wellbeing Sherpa also works with SME and entrepreneurs who believe that looking after the wellbeing of staff and themselves results in happier more productive staff and a more successful business.HISTORYIn over 30 years, of working in the health and fitness industry, I have worked with a large portfolio of businesses - large and small.
