Hi, I'm Chrissy Roll, a wellness coach and yoga instructor born and raised in Colorado. Drawing inspiration from the natural world around me, I've dedicated over 20 years to exploring the transformative power of yoga and breathwork.As a certified wellness coach and 200-hour trained yoga teacher, my practice is enriched by specialized studies in vagus nerve therapy, breathwork, hatha, ashtanga, yin, prenatal yoga, and meditation.
