A software engineer & ADHD mentor, like many people during the pandemic, I found the therapeutic power of nature walks to be incredibly helpful, and wanted to share that tool! I host Nature based Wellbeing walks for the Israeli community in London, as well as volunteer with Mental Health Mates- a nationwide network of volunteer-led, peer support groups that encourage people to get moving and talking for their mental health.Follow me for updates on Mental Health Mates walks.
