Wholeheartedly passionate about sharing her wisdom to help others experience the medicine of these practices also.With her lighthearted, embodied, nurturing and grounded presence she guides her students/guests through their practice with warmth, a gentle strength and an open heart. Heidi offers tea ceremony, 1:1 wellness mentoring, meditation, pranayama, restorative yin, dynamic vinyasa flow and gentle slow flow.
