Heidi is a dedicated certified yoga practitioner, holistic health and wellness mentor, tea ceremony facilitator, retreat facilitator and mama to 2 beautiful young ladies.Deeply in love with yoga & tea on all levels, she lives and breathes the teachings throughout every aspect of her life. Wholeheartedly passionate about sharing her wisdom to help others experience the medicine of these practices also.With her lighthearted, embodied, nurturing and grounded presence she guides her students/guests through their practice with warmth, a gentle strength and an open heart. Heidi offers tea ceremony, 1:1 wellness mentoring, meditation, pranayama, restorative yin, dynamic vinyasa flow and gentle slow flow.
