Through technology, and storytelling, we are committed to addressing critical labor shortages and fostering talent sustainability in the skilled trades.Our flagship initiative, the Breaking Barriers: Women at Work docuseries, highlights the inspiring stories of women leaders in construction, normalizing their presence and showcasing their invaluable contributions.
