Acacia is run by Louis and Imogen. Louis, a chef with an avid interest in growing veg, foraging and experimenting with dishes from the world-over, has earned his stripes in Bristol restaurants Maitreya, Napolita, Kino, The Canteen and Dela, as well as No Bones and Barrio in Byron Bay, Australia. Imogen is a herbalist, growing herbs for medicinal, ritualistic and sensory expansion purposes. She relishes experimenting in the kitchen and creating innovative concoctions. She's sure to have something to tickle your fancy!
