We believe dancing allows people to release the stress of life. ✨ Dancing connects us to music and others in a way that is essential to our social, emotional, and physical well-being. We strive to create safe and welcoming environments for people of all ages to express themselves through dance.Your hosts, Isaiah Meders and Rachel Hayes have over 40 years of combined dance experience in Salsa, Bachata, East Coast Swing, West Coast Swing, Argentine Tango, Ballroom, Lindy Hop, Theatre Arts, Contemporary, Modern, Ballet and a variety of other partner dances. Isaiah and Rachel also teach wedding dance choreography including mother/son, father/daughter, and entire wedding party dances. Due to their diverse dance backgrounds, Isaiah and Rachel are able to bring in movements and technique from a variety of different dances which produces their unique style of teaching and dancing.
