Aflo Health, Inc. is a black-owned wellness company that creates enrichment programs centered around puberty, self esteem and overall health for black adolescent girls. The programs also reflect on African-American history and address how generational and ancestral trauma contributes to the way black girls are taught to view themselves and each other. Our programs serve to teach young girls of color that they are ultimately in control of their bodies, hearts and minds In discovering more about themselves, they will be empowered to know they were born enough and inherently worthy.
