+200-Hour+ Katonah Yoga+300-Hour Certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher+500-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher (with Yoga Therapy Ireland).Áine teaches yoga with an emphasis on alignment. This offers students a safe, supportive environment to explore their personal yoga practice. She began practicing yoga in 2005. Her interest derived from the desire to balance out a busy lifestyle.A certified Reiki and Seichem Master, more recently, Áine has been further exploring esoteric practices such as the benefits of the plant-medicine Cacao; Shamanic practices and Tarot.Finding a new level of stillness, Áine is now on a mission to share the benefits of these practices with everyone! She will continue her mission by going to more trainings and events to improve her teachings.
