Her approach integrates traditional Ayurvedic wisdom with practical tools for modern wellbeing, offering a holistic path to health and healing.With a passion for creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere, Alexa ensures each session feels warm, friendly, and accessible, empowering clients to fully engage with their practice. Along side a host of yoga classes, she offers personalised Ayurvedic consultations both online and in person and is fully qualified and registered with the Complementary Medical Association (CMA).
