Alexander Anderson

Folk singer-songwriter, Alexander Anderson was born and raised in little Egypt, Nova Scotia. His musical style has been influenced by artists such as Townes Van Zandt, Johnny Cash, John Prine, Bob Dylan and various blues artists. The rawness and authenticity of his lyrics shift easily between blues, folk and a more modern country style. He writes from his heart, and often finds himself particularly drawn to the poetic style of balladry.
