My name is Alexandra, and I am an Integrated Kundalini Activation facilitator.I began my healing and spiritual journey in 2015, dedicating my life to supporting others through a holistic and well-rounded approach to human well-being. I have 10 years of regular meditation, energy work, spiritual practices, and personal therapy experience. I earned a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience from the University of California San Diego. Currently, I am pursuing my Master's degree in psychology. I regularly see clients and facilitate group therapy. By integrating a strong foundation in traditional education with training in energy work and somatic psychology, I effectively address the interconnected needs of the mind, body, and spirit. In 2022, I experienced a spontaneous awakening of Kundalini energy, which I have consciously embodied and lived with 24/7 ever since, deepening my understanding and personal experience with this profound energy.
