Hi I'm Lexi Frier from Nature-Angel.Discovering Reiki was a life-changing experience for me. Despite my initial skepticism, I decided to give it a try and was amazed by the powerful impact it had on me. Even in the midst of difficult times, I felt a renewed sense of inner peace and self-confidence.This led me to pursue Reiki training and become a Reiki Master Teacher, as Reiki was a catalyst for mindfulness, I also trained as a Mindfulness Teacher. After overcoming breast cancer, I knew I had to share this transformative therapy with others. Along the way, I've also explored other mindful practices and worked with a variety of experts in the health and healing sector.It's my passion to help others find strength, release, and renewed passion for life through these powerful practices.
