Hello & Welcome,My name is Ash and I am big believer of all things somatic & energy healing. Like many, I found yoga, breathwork, reiki, meditation, journaling, talk therapy, mindset work, and many other holistic modalities from a place of pain. Having lived overseas for 8 years opened a whole new world for me both internally & externally, granting me the most incredible life experiences and opportunities but also a lot of hardship & struggle along the way. All of which I wholeheartedly believe has been the breaking and making of me many times over, it has shaped the person as I am today, my values, my morals, my lifestyle & my love for nature.My purpose behind creating this account is to be able to offer a safe space for likeminded people, to connect, heal & lift each other up. Everyday I thank my past & present teachers for holding space for me when I needed / need it most. Having been on a journey of healing & self discovery I returned home to myself & recently returned home to Ireland. I want to continue that ripple effect of healing and if I can help 1 person find peace and calm in their mind & body through yoga, breathwork or reiki then I know I am living my purpose.
