Alli Steinke

With 10 years of teaching experience, Alli focuses on creating a safe place for all yogis to experience their practice with a sense of curiosity and compassion. Alli stated practicing yoga 15 years ago while pregnant with her first daughter because she thought it would be good for her body and min but ultimately fell in love with the mental and spiritual benefits of yoga. She now has 3 daughters, ages 5, 9, & 15. They enjoy having dance parties in the kitchen, traveling, and spending time outside together. Alli has level 2/3 Warriors at Ease training focusing on trauma informed yoga, experience in prenatal yoga, yin, and water yoga. She is a Reiki master of 5 years and teaches a weekly yin yoga with reiki class. Holding sacred space for community is her passion and she is looking forward to cocreating with you!
